KiipList (“KiipList,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your information when you visit www.kiiplist.com or any related mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with the practices described below, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide to us. Name, email, password, billing details (handled by our payment processor), support requests, and any content you upload or create on KiipList.
• Information collected automatically. When you interact with the Services we automatically collect device data (IP address, browser, OS), usage analytics, and cookie identifiers. See “Cookies & Tracking” below.
• Information from others. If you link a third-party account (e.g., Google, Facebook) we receive basic profile data pursuant to that platform’s permissions.

2. How We Use Information

We process your information only when we have a legal basis, including:

• Contractual necessity – to create and manage your account, deliver core features and paid subscriptions.
• Legitimate interests – to improve and secure the Services, detect fraud, and send limited product or feature updates.
• Consent – for marketing emails, cookies that are not strictly necessary, and posting testimonials. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligations – to comply with tax, accounting, and other statutory requirements.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal information. We share it only:

• Access / Portability – request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction – update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion – close your account and erase associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Objection / Restriction – in certain circumstances, object to or restrict our processing.
• Marketing opt-out – unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or from your account settings.

EU/EEA and UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Parents who believe their child has provided data should contact us for deletion.

9. International Transfers

KiipList is headquartered in the United States and may store data on servers located there or in other jurisdictions. We rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards when transferring personal data from the EEA/UK or other regions with similar laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above is revised whenever material changes are posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
