Thank you for helping us grow the KiipList community! These Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) explain how you can earn rewards when you invite new paid subscribers. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, these Referral Terms control for all referral‑related matters.

1. Eligibility

• You must maintain an active KiipList account in good standing.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide a valid and unique PayPal email (or other payment method we designate) for reward payouts.
• Employees, contractors, and agents of KiipList or its affiliates are not eligible.

2. How It Works

• Every active KiipList user receives a unique referral link or code.
• The referred user must complete a paid subscription and keep it active for at least two (2) consecutive billing cycles (≈ 60 days).
• During this period the referred account must demonstrate legitimate usage of the platform. KiipList determines legitimacy using internal anti-fraud signals that we do not publicly disclose.
• Only first-time KiipList customers qualify as referred users.

3. Rewards & Payouts

• You earn 50% of the referred user’s first subscription payment or a flat $10 USD — whichever is greater.
• Rewards are not issued immediately. They are only paid out after:
  • The referred user completes two (2) full billing cycles (≈ 60 days)
  • Their payments are successfully received and cleared by KiipList
  • Their account passes all fraud and legitimacy checks
• If the referred user cancels, requests a refund, disputes a payment, or becomes inactive within the first 90 days, any pending reward will be voided. Any already-paid reward may be clawed back or deducted from future payouts.
• Rewards are sent via PayPal to the verified email address provided on your referral dashboard. It is your responsibility to ensure this email is valid and able to receive payments.
• We do not reissue or resend payouts made to invalid, unclaimed, or inaccessible PayPal accounts.

3A. Payout Timing

Qualified rewards are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the referred user’s second payment clears. Payouts may be delayed if the referred account is under review or flagged for suspicious activity.

Note: KiipList pays out rewards only after receiving and confirming actual payments from the referred account. No rewards are issued based on clicks, signups, or unpaid trials.

4. Invite & Promotion Rules

• No self‑referrals or creation of multiple accounts.
• No bulk emailing, purchased lists, spam, bots, incentives, or misleading claims.
• Referral Links may not be posted on coupon sites or paid‑to‑click networks.
• KiipList may cap daily or monthly invitations to protect program integrity.

5. Verification & Fraud Protection

• KiipList continuously monitors referral activity for fraud. Indicators include—but are not limited to—bulk sign-ups, VPN or proxy traffic, abnormal usage patterns, and duplicate payment credentials.
• Accounts or referrals flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended while we investigate. Rewards tied to fraudulent activity will be denied or clawed back.
• We may request identity verification or additional documentation at any time before payout.

6. Taxes & Reporting

You are solely responsible for any taxes due on referral payouts. U.S. persons may be asked to submit a completed IRS Form W‑9 when yearly payouts reach the reporting threshold.

7. Program Changes or Termination

• KiipList may suspend, modify, or terminate the Referral Program (or these Referral Terms) at any time, for any reason, by posting an updated version. Changes do not affect rewards already earned before the effective date of the change.
• If the program is terminated, pending but unapproved rewards that later qualify will still be paid.

8. Limitation of Liability

KiipList is not liable for lost, delayed, or mis‑directed payouts caused by inaccurate payout information, user ineligibility, system outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. In no event will KiipList’s aggregate liability exceed the total rewards payable to you under this program in the six‑month period preceding the claim.
